Where we ship We ship to the United States, Canada and selected international destinations. Available options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

Processing time Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some items, such as made-to-order feeders, take longer; when that applies, it's noted on the product page.

Delivery time Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Canadian and international delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.

Multiple packages Our products ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll only be charged the shipping shown at checkout.

Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package as soon as it ships.

Customs and duties International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email support@hydratedkitty.com with your order number and we'll help.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can only change the address before the order ships.
